In RCT Engineering, We had the privilege of collaborating in the construction of the new CEIP Marta Mata in El Vendrell, working alongside the construction company TEYCO y Barrera Domènec Architects Associates in design and construction management. This project reflects our commitment to innovation and efficiency in educational infrastructure.
Project Features
The new building, designed to be operational during the school year 2014-2015, will be located in the c/ Barcelona on a plot of 8.000 square meters. Among the highlights of the project are:
- Single story design: A functional and accessible structure to guarantee the comfort of students and staff.
- Industrialized modular construction: An innovative system that allows faster execution, efficient and sustainable.
- Tight deadline: The work is scheduled to be completed between May and June, ensuring their availability for the start of the school year.
